Our lifestyle popup shops  are two-day events that feature various types of brands to shop from, as well as food, drinks, activities, and attractions for the community to enjoy!  

Two-Day participation is highly recommended. 

Participation Fee

All CITIES have the same cost

one day participation - $275 

weekend participation - $500 

early registration discount

(January 7  - march 1)

one day - $225

Weekend bundle - $400

**this DISCOUNT WILL ALSO APPLY ALL YEAR TO BRANDS THAT HAVE POPPED UP WITH US BEFORE

Other Fees & Important Info

1) Each brand gets an 8x8 space to work with.  There may be more space allowed for each brand, which would be determined on an event-by-event basis and communicated ahead of time.

2) We provide chairs, but we do not provide tables due to our brand décor rules and because we do not stock our own tables.  But if you need one supplied for you, we can see if the venue we are working with has some to use.  If not, it will be an additional $15, which will be added to your invoice.

3) We provide water/beverages and snacks or light food for all participating brands at each event, on each day.

4) Each brand will be given their own flyer to promote the event.

5) We will always assign spots to brands--it is not first come, first serve.

 

6) We no longer charge a security deposit.

7) Due to changes in our business structure, we will start collecting tax for each event that will be added to all invoices. The tax rate will vary depending on city.

8)For payment, we accept:

  • Zelle

  • Paypal

  • debit/credit card

All Paypal and debit/credit card transactions will come with a processing fee. Upon acceptance, you'll be asked which payment method you prefer.  Regardless of payment method, you will receive an invoice.

9) If you submit payment to participate, it means you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all our terms and conditions.

ART fair

Tap into some of the best artwork from Black-artists across the country.  Each of our exhibits give artists a sophisticated and welcoming environment to showcase, network, and sell their art.
