  • Oversee our current and future social media pages

  • Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our vision and objectives

  • Generate, schedule, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like campaigns, promotions and competitions

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

  • Analyze social media statistics, SEO and web traffic metrics and create reports and data visualization


  • At least 1 year experience with social media marketing 

  • A creative mind and determined spirit

  • Excellent work ethic

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Proficient knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of online marketing platforms (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & nonverbal)

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • Access to a laptop, strong internet connection, and smartphone.

Event Planner/Project MANAGER INTERN

(u.s. Based)


With direction from the founder, you will:

  • Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits

  • Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents

  • Liaise with brands, sponsors, and partners to identify their needs and to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain positive vendor and client relationships

  • Help create, manage, and maintain the project budget

  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality

  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc

  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day

  • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes

  • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest 


  • At least 1 year experience with planning events on a small or big scale

  • Strong interest in events planning, especially social/networking/business events

  • Outgoing personality

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Excellent time management , organization and communication skills

  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • Self-starter who works well independently

  • MS Office and Google Suites proficiency

  • Ability to put together event decks and sponsorship/partnership proposals

  • Access to a laptop, strong internet connection, and smartphone
